International business activities involve decision elements
different from those used when conducting purely domestic
activities. The course aims to analyse the main financial
decisions faced by corporations operating in a global
environment. The course focuses in particular on the sources
of capital to the multinational firm and on the foreign
investment and acquisition decisions.
Aims and Objectives
The main objectives of the course are to:

international corporations;
* examine the main methodologies for the analysis of foreign
investment;
* explore the financial and legal aspects of multinational
corporations.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
